        Father of 4 children (Lyse born in 2005, Simon born in 2009, Juliette born in 2013 and Louis born in 2016), married, I have been with my wife for 11 years. My wife supports me and gives me all her help. For me the organic was obvious.

Installed in Roquefort des Corbières (11540) in 2011, on the slopes of Fenouillet (former wasteland), divided into 3 plots for around 1 hectare and immediately certified organic.

        In 2012, I did a BPREA, to train myself on farm management. Since then, with the chamber of agriculture, I continue training every year.

At the end of my training, we had 1 pen with 2 sows and a breeding pig; they made us happy to give us 11 little ones in June 2014.

         In January 2014, we set up a first henhouse of 30 laying hens and a second of 30 laying hens also started in October 2014.

Christmas 2014, we bought 2 ponies.

• A 12 year old "princess" in an Alzan dress ready to be assembled.

• A 1 ½ year old that we are working on. It is called "ecate" of black color.

• Our eldest daughter is passionate about horse riding.

March 2015, an opportunity, we have just acquired several adjoining plots for 7 hectares 700. We are installing on 6000m2:

• 3 henhouses with 40 laying hens

• 1 chicken coop

• 1 duck henhouse

• 1 henhouse for rotations

• 4 pens for 4 of our little sluts (we are looking for a breeding male)

• there will also be a 5000m2 feedlot of diversified arboriculture facility.

• We also have a very nice range of organic canning:

• Fruit juices, jams, vinegar  ...

• We have enlarged our range by making organic homemade bread.
